SHIPPING POLICY

At HairMajesty Collection we are committed to providing you the best service possible! Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped after payment,allow up to 4 days for your order to be processed and shipped when ordering closures and frontals 18'-22',(HD, transparent, and 5x5 ,4x4 and lace used for lace front wigs, full lace wigs) as some of our lace products are custom made when order is placed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, Covid 19 delays or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to HairMajesty Collection due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. HairMajesty Collection is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

HairMajesty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, HairMajesty Collection will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.

Frontals 20' or longer and wigs 32' and longer please allow up to 5 days to be processed and shipped.
